Faceless YouTube channel

So, do you want to start a faceless YouTube channel? It’s way simpler than you think. You don’t need a website or anything fancy—unless, of course, you’re planning to sell something down the road. All you need is a platform that helps you create videos without showing your face.

One of my favorite things about Syllaby is the community. There is ALWAYS someone who can help you or give you feedback. Almost any other business, you need to build an audience. The best way to build an audience, is to have an email list. And the best way to build an email list is to give a freebie on a website.

Building a YouTube channel can take time, so if you are in a hurry to make money and you want to have more fun than just a faceless YouTube channel, here are a few options:

Get a Website Easy

Because I have worked internationally for years and have always been an enthusiastic nerd about technology, I have tried—and failed—and tried again—and succeeded—with many different things. One of them is having a website. As it turns out, the easiest way is often the best.
I prefer Hostinger – because:

– They have reasonable prices
– The have one click installation of WordPress with predefined templates, you just have to paste in your text and pictures and you are ready to go.
– Fast and reliable service – and you OWN what you make. (With ie Wix and Squarespace, you can’t just up and move your website and you are at the mercy of their company policies.

Build that Awesome List!

Ok, you’re on your way. Now, you need to build an email list. My preferred platform for email marketing is GetResponse – the “marketing automation plan” is what you need. It’s easy to use, has everything you need included in your price and EVEN has AI so you can get help writing awesome emails that will sell.

Blog and Affiliate

Another option that has worked well for me is blogging and affiliate marketing. Basically, you recommend things that genuinely work for you to others in a blogpost, and you earn a commission—sometimes small, sometimes significant—when someone buys through your link. Once your blogpost is done, you don’t have to do anything but share it – for example on Social Media – or have it in your email series when people sign up. This is one of my preferred methods because I get genuinely excited and enthusiastic about things that make my life easier or better, and I love sharing that with others.

There are a number of players in the affiliate marketing space, but I want to recommend one that teaches you everything you need to know to do effective affiliate marketing on Amazon. They pride themselves on saying that working just two hours a day with their program can earn you $5,000 a month. When I started, my goal was simply to cover rent—around $500 a month. That goal kept me highly motivated and gave me something concrete to work towards.
